Clinical Specialties: Orthopedics, Pelvic Health, Obstetrics, Midlife Health, Dry Needling, Visceral Manipulation and Pilates
Katie earned both her Bachelor’s degree and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from
the University of Cincinnati. During her undergraduate studies, she was a member of the varsity swim team and served as team captain her senior year.
With a focus on outpatient private practice, Katie has treated patients of all ages and abilities throughout her career. She has further expanded her expertise through certifications in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) for exercise prescription and dry needling as well midlife health to support women through the menopause transition. Katie integrates her knowledge of pelvic health, nutrition, and birth doula training to offer a holistic approach to her patients’ well-being throughout the entire lifespan.
Additionally, her Pilates Instructor certification has allowed her to specialize in helping
patients improve strength, stability, and mobility, with an emphasis on core function.
She incorporates pilates into her physical therapy treatment and also offers one on one private pilates sessions.
When not in the clinic, Katie enjoys staying active through movement, being outdoors and spending time with her husband and dog.
