Lily Gold OT, OTD

Occupational Therapist

Clinical Specialities: Pelvic Health

Lily’s undergraduate degree in exercise science led her to pursue a master’s degree in occupational therapy from the University of St. Augustine in Florida. She has always had a passion for fitness, which began with high school sports, transitioned to collegiate rugby, and was consistently fueled by CrossFit and weightlifting. That, coupled with her years of experience in hospital settings, piqued her interest in pelvic health and its important role in activities of daily living and sports performance.

With experience in hospital settings, Lily is passionate about bridging the gap between rehabilitation and long-term wellness. She is committed to providing individualized care that empowers patients to regain confidence and improve their quality of life. Lily has completed extensive specialty pelvic health training through Herman and Wallace for treating pelvic floor dysfunction. She believes that pelvic health is a crucial yet often overlooked component of overall well-being and works to bridge that gap through individualized treatment and education.

In her free time, she loves hiking, exploring coffee shops, and discovering new restaurants with her husband and dogs.
