Post doctorate specialties: Pelvic Health, Pregnancy and Postpartum Fitness

Marybeth is a wife and mother of 3 young children. An avid athlete since grade school, she fell in love with softball and played from the age of 5 through the collegiate level at a Division 1 University. Her passion for being active drew her to a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and a time doing personal training. Later, she went on to earn her Doctorate Degree from Murphy Deming College of Health Sciences in Occupational Therapy in 2019. Since then, she has worked in several different therapeutic and rehabilitation settings, completed extensive pelvic floor training through Herman and Wallace, and is certified as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. She currently pursues her love of physical fitness by training for and competing in triathlons and powerlifting competitions around the state.
