Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science in Education with a concentration on Kinesiology from the University of Virginia in 2015 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in St. Augustine, Florida in December 2017. Rachel has post-doctorate specialties in pelvic health through Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and dry needling through the Spinal Manipulation Institute - American Academy of Manipulative Therapy and.  Rachel enjoys empowering those with pelvic health conditions to return to the activities they once enjoyed. When not in the clinic, she enjoys spending time in the kitchen making anything she can from scratch and being outdoors with her husband and daughter.
